50 New Music Tracks, 47 New Artists, & 2 New Genres

Due to the huge demand we’ve seen for the music in our collection, we’ve hunted down a bunch of new great tracks. We think you’ll totally love our latest additions.

We just added 50 new tracks that represent 47 up-and-coming artists & bands covering electronica, hip hop indie rock, latin, singer/songwriter and two new genres… jazz and classical. Artists like John Kelley, Samsaya, and Pure Dream Ladder are sure to make your Animoto videos even more killer. And while you may not have heard of our new classical artists like Mozart and Beethoven, just remember Animoto when you’re asked where you “discovered” them.

We continue our hunt for great new music as we head to SXSW this weekend. While we’re there, we’ll also be making several big announcements. So stay tuned!

  1. That was my biggest problem with Animoto — finding music that worked well with my videos and was legal. This will help a lot! Thanks!

    Great news on the new music tracks. Your selection so far has been terrific and I’m sure the new stuff will be as well.

    I’m partial to the Singer Songwriter category, as those songs seem to fit with my vids, but I’ve used a few others as well.

    Looking forward to checking out the new tracks.
