And the winner goes to… Animoto!

Animoto was presented the SXSW Web Award for the film/tv/video category last night. Nice.

Since acceptance speeches are usually about as boring as slideshows… we included the robot dance as part of our speech on stage. (And no two moves were ever the same.)

    We are a startup company as well :-) And we are a few cool guys as well. Finally, there’s a tool that allows us to express ourselves and show how different we are among boring and homogenious building & construction companies!
    Hopefully we are going to win our first projects soon thanks to animoto videos!!!

  5. We love Animoto. I am a professional filmmaker and a part of a new cool start-up, and with products like this you are sure to put some people out of business! A far superior product that we love to use! We saw you at SXSW (although we used Animoto way before the conference) and are stoked you won.

  6. I dropped by your booth at SXSW because your team was wearing Adidas jogging suits that matched by own (great minds think a like?). I’ve used your tool a number of times since then and LOVE it. I add you guys to a Social Media Tools Ecology map I built an use for guiding my clients on what they can use for various content creation initiatives. Keep up the good work!
